My Upcoming Exhibition - All Your Questions Answered
A Room Of My Own
Saturday August 16th | Clover Wine Merchant in Perry | Seven o’clock in the evening
I know the art world can feel mysterious — all white walls, strange terms, even stranger art.
But I want to cut through some of that and clear up a few misconceptions — especially if uncertainty is the only thing keeping you from coming to my show (or any art event in the future).
So — what can you actually expect at my upcoming solo exhibition, A Room of My Own?
Let’s jump in.
My previous exhibition, In Living Color, on display at Third St Studio in Macon, GA.
Photography by Zaina Mahmoud.
First and foremost: it’s going to be a fun night. Yes, there will be artists, sommeliers, collectors, and photographers in the room — but don’t let that intimidate you. Honestly, I’d argue that anyone who chooses to spend their evening at an art event is already interesting.
Everyone shows up with one thing in common: curiosity. Whether it's about the work, the artist, or if there’s free wine — it all counts. What matters is that you come with an open mind and a willingness to explore something new.
